In using this website you are deemed to have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.

All bookings require a non refundable deposit of a percentage of your overall cost. Without this and the correct information, you will not receive a booking conformation.
All payments are to be received upon completion via card, cash or bank transfer.
Items which have been previously sprayed/painted do NOT come with a guarantee.
Homeowner/main tenant need to be available for the day of booking.
Please be aware that all external spraying is weather dependant meaning if there is any rain/cold temperatures which will affect our spraying, you will be contacted to reschedule your booking.
UPVC panelled doors can expand due to weather (heat/sunlight) this can result in slight lines of the original colour showing. Touch up pots are left on each job if you wish to touch up until the door goes back to its original form.
When booking for a kitchen, the owner will have to be present for the start and finish of the job to confirm a check list.
If bookings are canceled/changed please be aware that you will not receive your deposit and may still be liable to pay the original remaining balance.
If scaffolding is needed for the job, you are liable to pay for this. We supply basics scaffolding which is including in your cost.
We are an up cycling company, please be aware that current faults/snags may still show afterwards or become visible due to colours used.
We offer a 5 year guarantee on our workmanship.
Please be aware that colours can look different due to different lighting tones. All colours are mixed to match RAL colour codes or the standard farrow and ball range.
Please note, if any rendering is completed after items have been sprayed and damage is caused. You/the renders are liable for the charge of a respray. We do recommend that all rendering is completed prior to any spraying, payment is due upon time of booking.
All wooden items do not come with a guarantee.
Basic silicon colours are provided with each job. These colours include; anthracite grey, white, black and brown. All jobs will be matched with the closest colour to what has been sprayed or to the brick work. Please note, if you wish to have a different colour, this is up to you to provide this.
Window/door seal rubbers may be painted as we cannot mask these areas. However, due to the material of these, we cannot guarantee our products will adhere. In the case of the paint cracking on these areas, we can advise on removal or do this for you at a further charge.
Please note masking from internal spraying may pull down some of the paint/wallpaper which it is attached to. We do detack the tape as much as we can however, this isn’t always avoidable.
Please be aware that if you decide to fill any areas of your kitchen/wardrobe/furniture, we are not responsible for the end result of this area nor responsible for if the products we use have a reaction to the filler used.

These terms and conditions form part of the agreement between the client and ourselves. Your access to this website and/or confirming an appointment with ourselves indicates your understanding, agreement and acceptance of the above terms and conditions.
